The whole company
Hi, I am Ruaan.
Seven years of this, from Paradise Beach in Jeffreys Bay. I plan your trip, I book it, and I am the one you phone from the airport if something goes wrong. That is the whole company, and that is on purpose.
Being small is the point. You are not handed to whoever is next in the queue, and nobody has to look up who you are before they can help. It also means I only take on what I can do properly, so if I am the wrong person for your trip I will tell you that instead of selling you something.
