In Ruaan's words

Why I send people here

This is not a holiday and it should not be booked like one. Emigration flights have a different set of problems: visa grant dates that move, baggage allowances that decide what you can take, one way tickets that some airlines price strangely, and a family that must not be split across a cabin.

I have done enough of these to know where the traps are. Book too early and you are paying change fees when the visa slips. Book too late and the fares have doubled. There is a window, and it moves depending on the visa class.

I am not an immigration agent and I will not pretend to be one. I work alongside yours. What I do is the travel side, properly, so that the day you finally leave is the least stressful part of the whole process.

What makes it

Three things that decide the trip

Baggage first

The allowance decides what comes with you. We work backwards from that, not forwards from the fare.

Flexible until it is not

Held bookings and change friendly fares while the visa is still moving, locked once the date is real.

The last week

Somewhere to stay near the airport, transfers, and one person on the phone while you are in the air.

How it works

What you actually receive

Click the right hand page to turn it. This is the shape of the document that lands in your inbox after we talk, not a brochure.

Stage one

Before the visa

Before the visa

We map the fare seasons and I tell you what the trip will cost in each window. Nothing is booked.

Stage two

Grant received

Grant received

We book inside the window, on a fare that can still move if it has to.
