Placeholder page
Everything below is a structural placeholder written for the prototype. It is not legal advice, it has not been reviewed, and it must be replaced with a properly drafted document before this site goes anywhere near the public.
This notice explains what Trouvaille Holidays does with your personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act.
What is collected
When you send an enquiry, Trouvaille Holidays collects your name, email address, mobile number and whatever you choose to tell it about the trip. If you go on to book, it will also need the information the airline and the hotel require, which typically includes full names as they appear in your passport, dates of birth and passport details.
Why it is collected
To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quote, and to make and manage a booking. Nothing else.
Who it is shared with
Only the suppliers needed to deliver your trip: the airline, the hotel or resort, the cruise line, the transfer operator, the insurer, and the ticketing systems of Envoyage and the Flight Centre Travel Group. Your information is never sold, and it is never shared for marketing by anyone else.
How long it is kept
To be completed. The retention period, and the point at which enquiry data that never became a booking is deleted, go here.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal obligation to keep it. Email hello@trouvailleholidays.co.za and it will be dealt with.
Information officer
To be completed. The registered information officer for Trouvaille Holidays and their contact details go here.
